- Will Nevertell Added January 18, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Worst medical practice for customer service!! First I rang and got a message to say they were at lunch and back at 2pm. I rang and the recording was not take off until 2.45pm. When I phoned back and eventually got through, I was told no appointments today as they were closing at 4pm but the website advertises they open until 5.30pm. STAFF WERE EXTEMELY RUDE AND UNHELPFUL. I'll be going to the Alto Medical Centre at Charlestown as they don't close til 10pm each night and I don't need an appointment and staff are very helpful and friendly.
