  The Staff are very kind Friendly caring and Jeff is a very caring and gentle vet nothing is a bother to them. Thank you so much for seeing my Girl Shelley as it was an emergency appreciate everything.

  Very professional clinic, l had to get our family cat put down. Lucy had a great life, but unfortunately for us, her time had come... 18yo. I found all of the staff & the Vet Martin, to be outstandingly compassionate, caring & respectful of the whole event occurring. This gave me great comfort at the time. So thank you for everything, I will be recommending you to anyone who wants to know. Cheers Greg.

  Iv been going to this practice for up too 20yrs now for 3 different dogs from getting their first shots, to emergency and end of life, and they are always friendly and caring and fair prices. They don't rip you off.I can't highly recommend them enough really!
  I did make the mistake once, and I mean huge huge mistake and went to Noahs arc, for a emergency (as it was closer to home) and was way overcharged and they wouldn't do a payment plan, they offered a provider to go through that was 17% interest rate and wouldn't give my dog back to me! Threatened, holding him for ransom was disgusting and heartless. I was fortunate enough to have a friend that helped me and I payed them back, but not everyone can be so fortunate.
  That bill was so outrageous Raymond Terrace Vets wanted a copy to show around it was so bad they explained to me the itemised bill "rip off"
  If you need a vet, this is the best one

  I’ve been taking all my pets here since I moved to the area many years ago, they looked after my old girl sweetie in her final weeks so well a few years back and since I’ve recommended them to everyone, we had so many vets not even want to give her a chance with a few in the area telling us to just put her down but they helped give us a few more weeks with are old girl highly recommend them
