    I have been on many occasions as this is my closest NAB.
    Worker Robyn, needs to get some customer service skills, absolute no empathy with people. Every time ive dealt with her ive wondered how she's in a job dealing with peoples money, as her customer service extremely lacks.
    Had no issues with other bank members as they are nice and try their best.
    And don't be afraid either NAB to put , more then 1 person on the desk to.....

    What a rubbish, we were there 15:50 and it was closed because of the staff shortage. But it wasn’t saying anything on their website as we were driving like maniacs to get before they closed. Get your act together. Typical raymond terrace service

    This is the slowest bank in all of newcastle. Other staff will happily leave one rep on the counter while people are standing around doing nothing.
