    Turned up a minute past 5, and they wouldn't go out the back to give me my parcel, the excuse that the safe was already open was a lie as there were other members of the public just leaving. Not the first bad experience and would wish our deliveries would go to another post office so we wouldn't have to deal with this business.

    I am really surprised at the very rude attitude of a female supervisor here. I made my choice to use a mail service based on the wrong information given by the staff. Therefore I don't think it wrong to change my mind when I got the right information. Then this person started to scold me as a woman in a street fight. It is so unprofessional and unbearable.
